On February, 2026 the Supreme Court struck down Trump's tariffs, which he deceptively claimed were being paid by those nations on which everyday Americans depend on for goods and lower prices while, in fact, Trump's so-called tariffs were actually taxes being paid indirectly by American taxpayers at the store – through higher prices!

Still, on August, 2026 in spite of SCOTUS' February, 2026 decision, Trump placed a 50% tariff on America's closest, next-door ally ─ Canada ─ which was forced to retaliate and raise its own tariffs on the U.S., further increasing Americans' inflationary pain.

Despite Trump's deceptive explanations for imposing his tariffs, (a.k.a. American taxes), his real intentions were to increase U.S. Treasury revenue – revenue that he would waste:

• indicting his political enemies;
• paying for a nonsensical, unnecessary War Against Iran that every informed, sensible American abhors;
• rewarding his 1/6/2021 insurrectionist co-conspirators – in case they are needed for another Insurrection;
• providing his owned, frightened, sycophantic, cabinet minions' with money they can spend on their personal, whimsical abusive needs, e.g., FBI Director Kash Patel.

The simple answer: "the U.S. Government has no separate 5th Branch empowered to immediately remove any government employee ─ including the U.S. President ─ who engages in any activity NOT approved by any legitimate U.S. Court.

Without a separate 5th Branch guardrail, decisions made by U.S. Courts – not liked by governmental public servants – will remain USELESS – unless a Constitutional Update is ratified A.S.A.P.!
